JENPARH-2011 Application Form Issue Date-Venue-Requirements

Prescribed application form for admission to the degree courses under JENPARH-2011 Examination excluding Nursing Courses to be available from the office of the Director of Homeopathy, West Bengal, 6^th Floor, Swasthya Bhawan, GN-29, Salt Lake, Sector-V, Kolkata-91 for a period from 15-June-2011 to 11-July-2011 between 12noon to 4pm on all working days except Saturdays and Sundays by producing following documents: (1) Original Admit Card of J.E.E. (JENPARH) 2011, (2) Original mark-sheet of 10+2 examination or equivalent, (3) Rs.10/- for cost of JENPARH 2011 Application Form.

The merit list of the Joint Entrance Examination (JENPARH) 2011, and details of counseling programme commencing on and from 13^th July 2011 will be available in the Notice Board of the office and also in the website www.wbjeeb.in and www.wbhealth.gov.in. Application form duly filled in the candidate to be submitted at the time of counseling.
